With over 35 years of experience in holistic well-being, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals align their mind, body, and spirit. Since discovering Life Alignment in 2012, I’ve found that it seamlessly integrates many of the modalities I’ve studied, offering a truly transformative path to well-being.
My approach combines a deep understanding of both emotional and practical wellness. With a background in cost-accounting, leadership & speaker coaching, and intuition training, I guide clients toward personal growth and professional success. I blend technical expertise with empathy and intuition to ensure that each session delivers meaningful insights and tangible results.
I create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore as deeply as they’re ready, helping them realign their lives with their heart’s vision of joy, love, and connection.
In my free time, you’ll often find me barefoot on the dance floor, exploring new restaurants with friends, or whale watching from my deck with family and dogs.
